These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Trivexar pilot platform and its virtual-card management features. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Pilot service
The current service is a pilot environment. Test or synthetic card products may be displayed and must not be treated as live bank-issued payment instruments unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Identity verification
We may require identity or business verification before enabling particular products or actions. Access may be limited while verification is pending or when information cannot be validated.
4. Cards, funding, and fees
Available products, funding limits, currencies, and fees are shown before confirmation. Provider availability and final eligibility may change. You must review all displayed pricing before completing an order.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, prohibited goods or services, abuse of advertising platforms, or attempts to bypass product controls.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but pilot functionality may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn. Maintenance, provider outages, and security incidents may temporarily affect access.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account when required for security, compliance, suspected misuse, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The pilot service is provided on an “as available” basis. Trivexar is not represented as a bank, and nothing on the pilot site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the pilot develops. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
